The School Chapel of St Antony is central in the life of the community as the place where Mass and other school services are celebrated. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the school so that pupils, staff and parents can visit for prayer; writing in the book of prayer or lighting a votive candle.

Services are offered for school, local and national intentions.

Mass is celebrated at the weekend for the boarding community, welcoming staff, friends and neighbours, and on occasion with the local Parish of Sacred Heart and St Aldhelm in Sherborne. Mass is also celebrated here weekly as the whole school gathers for the start of day on Wednesdays. All school Masses are a gathering of the school community and pupils and staff play their part as readers, servers, choir and Ministers of Holy Communion.

Leweston also has a Trinity Chapel. Built in 1616, it is the oldest building on the school site and is used for smaller services and voluntary weekday Masses.
